I only saw one appeal within Ashton Heights:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF ARLINGTON CO., VA, at its Meeting of June 9, 2010, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon

thereafter as the items can be heard, will consider the following applications for Variances and Use Permits to modify placement or other requirements of the Zoning Ordinance as contained in the Appendix of the Arlington Co. Code, and Appeals of Administrative decisions or  determinations made pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance. Hearing will be held in Room 307, 2100 Clarendon Blvd.  These applications may be examined in the Office of the Zoning Administrator, Ste 1000, 2100 Clarendon Blvd, Arlington, VA between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., weekdays. If you are not the applicant of the Variance, Use Permit or Appeal and you wish to speak for or against a particular case, please fill out a speaker slip located at the tables in the front of the Boardroom.
